Oil Paintings

My oil paintings are mainly created using alla prima techniques. Wet-into-wet all in one painting session. I love when the paint starts to get juicy. I strategically use transparent colours for luminosity and reduction techniques to remove paint for highlights as well as adding variation and interest to the surface. I use a variety of brushes and grips to capture energy in my strokes.  I like to think i’m a ninja with a paintbrush.
