To lessen the cost of shipping for international buyers, this item is sold CASE only, unless the Pillow with Polyester fill option is selected. If you do choose to buy your pillow filled, the fill form will be 18″ x 18″ and yields a soft pillow. For a more firm or plump pillow, I suggest buying a 20″ x 20″ fill. There are many options available online as well as your local fabric or craft store.
